Job Scope:
1. customer service - from multiple platform
reply inquiry , tracking info, product info,purchase advise etc
2. understanding our company products (bicycle screw and parts)
3. Pick and pack items according orders , from multiple platform (Shopee, lazada, website,carousell etc)
4. Unpack imcoming part and sorting to correct boxes / rack
4. generate airway bill for parcel
singpost, fedex, DHL , ninjavan etc
5. Take picture for out going order and upload to platform & chatbox
6. Handling order (create, cancel, refund, submit chargeback dispute etc)
7. Updating low stock item
8. Taking products picture, upload / update to multiple platform (website, shopee lazada, carousell, instagram etc)
