Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)

· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)

• Working experience as admin / fresh graduate is welcome to apply, training provided
• Process on customers’ P/O into system
• Verify selling price & part revision is correct
• Inform Director for new part revision & selling price needed
• Follow up with customer on revised PO
• Link Sales order to job traveller into system
• Issue Job Traveller & drawing to production
• Follow the cancelled job traveller & retrieved back from production
• Filling completed job traveller
• Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
• Able to communicate well with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails
• Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders, as well as about the goods our organisation provides
• Data entry
• Administrative duties (data entry, filing and scanning etc.)

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications for Data Entry

• Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software
• Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
• Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
