Overview

Responsibilities

Regularly review safety documents, as per requirement

Plan the preparation works in the workshop, assign the adequate teams and equipment to the worksites to

complete works as scheduled and to avoid delays.

Oversee the day-to-day progress of on-going projects.

Identify any risk or problem and promptly respond by proposing and implementing corrective measures.

Ensure all works are performed in accordance with the prevailing safety and quality standards.

When necessary to attend meetings with clients, architects, engineers, site supervisors and suppliers.

Monitor all changes to specifications and work scope

Manage all document filing and record keeping and issue an end of project report

Conduct site inspection, attend safety issues

Liaise with the relevant authorities on all WSH issues

Implement HSE and security plans

maintain all tools and equipment, arrange for maintenance, replacement, calibration when due

Prepare all project safety documents required at the worksite MS, RA, FPP, SWP, Team certs

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel, suite.

Preferably a degree and at least a Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health, or other relevant discipline

fluent English / computer literate

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry.

Well organised and capable of efficient planification.

Responsibilities:

• To assign work tasks to the drivers/operators in the Operation Department.
• To handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
• Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
• To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress & tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.

Job Description:

• To be responsible for the logistical, administrative and operational for construction project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress;
• To plan the work sequence and manpower deployment require for the construction site works;
• Attend meetings, correspondences and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers in resolving design and site problems encountered during the construction period.
• To supervise workers and monitor sub-contractors at construction sites.
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget;
• To take actions to resolve any delay/ technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To prepare MOS and MSRA presentation for customer view;
• To be able to foresee the shortcomings of the project and discuss with team;
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and deliver high-quality models on time.
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards and workflows in line with company policies.
• Provide support to the Project Team by managing RFIs, creating presentations using BIM models, and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents generated through BIM modeling.
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and project-specific workflow criteria.
• Prepare and print drawings for production and participate in design and progress reviews.
• Develop presentation slides and BIM-related documentation.
• Oversee CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties.
• Identify and resolve M&E services clashes within the BIM model.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. Specialist Diploma in BIM is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling with Autodesk Revit.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Solid understanding of construction practices and building design drawings.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; additional experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, and other BIM software is a plus (BIM / Revit / Navisworks).
• Ability to independently produce CSD/CBW drawings and coordinate Room Book details with other trades.
• Experience with Singapore hospital/medical facility projects is an advantage.

POSITION SUMMARY

Involves the completion of administrative and/or operational tasks relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service.

Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

Processes may include use of manual procedures or local or regional systems. Verifies data and completes procedural checks against predefined processes or criteria to ensure accuracy and quality. Uses appropriate tools and equipment as required. May make decisions relating to procedural checks, including situations where the outcome is not clearly indicated. Seeks support of senior team members as required. Provides feedback on processes and procedures proactively, making recommendations for continuous improvement to senior team members.
• Investigates and resolves problems or exception situations using systems or equipment, as appropriate. Makes decisions based on clearly defined criteria and escalates others as appropriate to senior members. Supports team members and other departments during process changes including participating in the development of appropriate Job Aids, procedures & on-the-job training materials. May deliver required training in accordance with defined standards.
• Validates or completes accurate and timely reporting. Supports/research relevant data and collates for analysis and interpretation. Prepares reports as required and may include recommendations for areas of improvement. Inputs data to company systems. Ensures accuracy of own and others’ data and completes checks of system to ensure data integrity is maintained.
• Ensures ongoing compliance with defined FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements. Ensures required approvals are sought throughout processes. Notifies management of any non-compliance issues as they arise.
• Works closely with customer, team including vendor staffs and other departments to ensure accuracy of information and completion of processes to deadline. Also includes contact with customers, vendors or employees, to investigate or resolve issues as required. Aligns and gains commitment to actions from the different stakeholders.
