Requirements:

• Certificate in Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or any relevant Safety Certificates.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in Tunnel construction projects.
• Experience in SMRT and LTA will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• This role may require rotating shift.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the sales and account management of new business opportunity, leveraging on company’s logistics offerings and services.

· Identify business prospects and opportunities, evaluating and analysing the sales options, and proposing effective solutions for the clients.

· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

· Preparation and submission of the Project Tenders/RFQs.

· Monthly sales reporting.

· Any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Min Diploma or degree holders in any logistics / engineering discipline

· PC knowledge in Word/Excel/PowerPoint / Outlook

· Self-drive, highly motivated, proactive, confident and independent.

Working Hours

· 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday); 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (alternate Saturday)

· Involve in Project tendering, planning, site utilization, estimation, BIM Modelling, Constructability analysis strategy, and analysis with BIM,4D Scheduling and Construction Sequencing, Digital fabrication, Soil Investigation Modelling (Geotechnical Module Civil 3D) for projects.

· Setting up Project Template, View Template, 2D & 3D families based on project requirements such as 3D parametric Revit families, annotation 2d for details, tagging and crane, site utilities for construction planning projects.

· Study the Design Drawing, Specification and Design Model, perform QA & QC perform model validation.

· Set up the model into the work shared cloud model in ACC and develop and update the model into a construction model and 4D model progressively.

· Coordination and understanding in design and construction of a projects, assit to project team in plans, design , site condition and method of statement.

· Conduct and attend ICE and model coordination meeting with owner and consultants.

· Update the construction changes and share to consultants and client, Subsequently Update the model based on Design changes.

· Update the drawings according to latest information provide and ensure accuracy of shop drawings, detail drawings & coordinating with site engineers and fabrication suppliers.

· Generate detail shop drawings set by Revit, AutoCAD and other related software for fabrication and construction and submission to the client and consultant for approval.

· Study the borehole data and classify soil type and create 3D by Soil Investigation Modelling (Geotechnical Module Civil 3D)

Requirements

· Specialist Diploma in BIM or At least Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction/Structural or equivalent.

· Working in construction enviroment at 31 Sheares Avenue.

· Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in LTA project.

· Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM with relevant software knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM.

Job Description

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable design codes/standards and specifications.
• Design and detailing of systems.
• Attendance for design and construction reviews.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Develop mechanical/ electrical/ ICA systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts,and manage drawing registers and standards

Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Proficient in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer/OpenPlant Modeller/OpenPlant P&ID will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Architecture/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
