1. Position Description

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum NITEC/ Technical certificate/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· Preferably with min. 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in chemical industry.

· Knowledge about project management.

· Projects planning & coordination skills.

· Good knowledge about auto CAD and practical experience using CAD software may be required.

· Good knowledge about Design and analytical skills.

· Good knowledge about pneumatic and hydraulic system.

· Good knowledge of office software.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others.

· EHSS knowledge and understanding for Project execution.

· Knowledgeable in Maintenance Theory & Principles; Work processes - Project scheduling and execution

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s enquiries via email or phone calls
• Generate quotations and process purchase orders
• Advise customer on products and services related information accurately
• Generate sales from customer’s queries
• Attend to any questions or queries related to company’s product

Job Description

Responsible for all sales administrative activities for the sales team

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager to process and fulfil customer’s orders.
• Coordinate with logistics team on order picking and collection/delivery arrangement.
• Communicate with customers on their order status.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Monitor collection and follow up any overdue payment.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma in any related field
• Computer literate and proficient in MS office (Word, Excel)
