Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team to meet deadlines and keep customers informed of delays and delivery dates
• Respond to walkin, incoming email and call in customer
• Responsible in handling and follow up procedure with customer
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Minimum N-level
• Knowledge of Basic Adobe application
• Highly responsible, able to multi-task
• Training will be provided able to start immediately

Job Description:

1. Assist to identify, review and assess risk arising from the workplace;
2. Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary working certificates;
3. Conduct daily site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations and other requirements;
4. Assist to attend all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control;
5. Liaise closely with site operations staff on all safety and health issues;
6. To ensure all systems and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements;
7. To perform Safe Management Officer duties;
8. Ensure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all times;
9. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) qualifications, Certificate in WSH;
2. Certified in Safety Management Officer;
3. Possess at least 5 years of practical work experience in the field of health and safety in building construction;
4. Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance;
5. Possess good leadership, good communication skills, organising abilities and independent;
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Power Point

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for clients’ data entry.

· Assist Accounts Executive in Administrative like filing, photocopy, labeling and etc.

· Assist Accounts Executive in report submission.

· Attending walk in visitors and answering phone calls.

· Ready to perform ad-hoc work as per requested by Accounts Executive.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least 'O' Level/Diploma
• Strong in Data Entry and good computer knowledge of MS Office
• 2-3 years accounts related working experience
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin preferred
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Self-motivated and ability to multi tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate candidates are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Working hours: 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Tai Seng
