Job Description:

• Assists the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site.
• Ensure works carried out by subcontractors are in accordance with specifications and drawings.
• Ensure work programme, quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are carried out.
• Coordinate architectural works with the consultants, subcontractors and C&S, M&E coordinators to resolve any technical issues.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure works are carried-out safely on site.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in the use of BIM, AutoCad and other relevant softwares.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, independent with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all guests in a friendly and cheerful manner
• Create a professional image when guests have the first contact with the Spa.
• Respond and deal with guests efficiently and assists them with their queries or making Spa treatment appointments.
• Ensure that the needs of the guests are well attended to and taken care of.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene level of the gym and spa area.

Requirements

• Min ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels Qualifications
• Experience in a similar position in the spa or service industry will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand guests’ needs
• Positive attitude and a good team player
• Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays

Service Coordinator

• Location: Kaki Bukit (Office)
• Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: $2,200 to $2,800 (depends on exp)

Job Scope:

• Answering service calls
• Co-ordination works between suppliers, client and service team
• Scheduling appointments for all service calls and maintenance work
• Quotation for service works, maintenance and following up on the status
• Procurement for service works and maintenance related equipment once confirm
• Do filing for all service-related documents
• Receiving of goods
• Consolidating service/maintenance report for submission
• Checking and replying email daily
• Monthly Report on Billings for Management's Review
• Direct reporting to Project Director for daily paper works, co-ordination and other assigned jobs.

Requirements:

• Able to work overtime when require.
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice
