• Liaise closely with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
• Arrange schedule for shop drawing preparation approval and material procurement based on master program.
• Ensure construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs are compliance with authorities' code and standards.
• Check site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
• Evaluate project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience managing building projects in RWDP/irrigation systems and softscape/hardscape works within the hospital or medical sector.
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.
• Familiar in using BIM software/Autodesk Revit.

Job Title: Architectural Coordinator (ID4652)
Location: : Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon – Sat 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: $4000-$6500

Key Responsibilities
• Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing
• Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings
• Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies
• Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval
• Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue
• Prepare work method of statement for submission
• Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works
• Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO
• Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision
• To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works, preferably in HDB project
• Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit
• Able to lead and work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
• Update and maintain pricing.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
• Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
