Reporting the RVP Finance & Corporate Administration, we are seeking a dynamic Corporate Services & ESG Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of corporate structures, compliance and ESG principles, as well as a proven track record in partnering and managing internal and external stakeholders and teams.

Principal Responsibilities

Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional compliance programs and policies that align with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance to senior management.
• Ensure internal company policies and see that they are respected.
• Make sure the organization has a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s laws.
• Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.
• Take action in dealing with non-compliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
• Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.
• Working with other departments in the company, such as the legal, human resources and finance departments, to ensure compliance of all departments.
• Manage and coordinate corporate secretarial services across business partners, multiple countries, and jurisdictions to ensure alignment and compliance to local, international, and internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure all businesses are coordinated for compliance to business requirements for board meetings, business laws, shareholder contractual agreements, etc., in alignment with Menzies Aviation and respective country laws.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives in alignment with Menzies Aviation’s ESG goals
• Manage the concerted efforts of all business units across the SEAC to maximize the efficacy of ESG initiatives
• Translate the return on investments for ESG and report to stakeholders for decision-making capabilities and benefits
• Ensure adherence to ESG standards and reporting requirements.
• Identify and address ESG-related risks and opportunities.
• Ensure that initiatives and programs are well received by the business and communities with appropriate marketing
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate compliance and ESG-related risks.
• Develop and implement contingency plans for potential compliance breaches.
• Provide advisement for corporate structure design and strategies in consideration of laws, finance, taxes, operations, and partnerships.
• Ability to travel internationally when required and in accordance with business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preference in law, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate compliance and/or ESG roles.
• Experience in a multinational corporation.
• Preferred certification in compliance or ESG management.
• Strong understanding of applicable compliance regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, data privacy, labour standards, environmental, ISO, aviation).
• Proven track record in working with remote regional teams and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English plus one other; Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog
• Experience in compliance and risk management.
• Familiarity with developing and executing compliance management techniques.
• Experience in conducting audits and investigations and providing relevant strategies.

Maintenance Coordinator

• Work Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT)
• Work hours: 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Salary range: $4000 - $5000 + $200 (site allowance)

To coordinate Maintenance Activities between Production and Technical department. Support GCM/SDM MA & MO activities. Support work permit and authorization activities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Daily operation and maintenance meetings to support both operation and maintenance activities by keeping status updated with plan.
• Coordinates all maintenance activities including safe permit issuance, lockout-tagout preparation, GSAP approval, and supporting relevant parties to effectively complete the maintenance works as needed.
• Actively prepare equipment from maintenance phase to commissioning of equipment to ensure the completed jobs function well.
• Supports Capital Project/MOC activities in view of blanking, isolation, LOTO and flushing plans are followed to ensure safe handling
• Work closely with the Maintenance engineers on Transition and Turn Around activities from planning stage to commissioning stage.
• Prepare markup PIDs covering all the GCM activities to be completed during the transition period for safe and timely start-up.
• Coordinate with shift team supervisors to ensure maintenance jobs such as cleaning, washing and technical or in-house contractors follow up jobs are completed before handing over to production.
• Support work permitting and work authorization activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.

• Related working experience in the chemical industry.

OVERVIEW

As the Communications Coordinator, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the team’s initiatives across CNBC International’s Asia Pacific (APAC) region in coordination with the Director of Communications, International and Communications Associate, EMEA.

Your role will be essential in ensuring consistent, positive brand messaging across all channels, while actively identifying opportunities for public relations initiatives. Working with the wider Communications team, you will assist in creating compelling content, supporting campaigns, and building strong and constructive working relationships as this position collaborates with many internal stakeholders across the international organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

• Work closely with the Director of Communications, International to build public relations plans to support the promotion of CNBC’s business day news, long-form content, special events, and editorial and business priorities
• Develop external communication materials such as press releases, social media content, and pitches
• Drive opportunities in the region to promote the profiles of key talent and senior executives through internal and external opportunities
• Create, manage and update media lists and work closely with the newsroom team to identify and disseminate breaking news and big interviews
• Monitor, analyse and report on trending news stories and social media conversations, press coverage and competitor landscape
• Manage photo and video shoots for regional business day programs, talent, and events
• Proactively oversee entries for industry awards in the region, working with internal teams to gather data, draft copy, and submit entries
• Track and analyse communication performance metrics to evaluate the impact of messaging and campaigns
• Ensure CNBC International’s show descriptions, anchor biographies and photographer bank are updated on a regular basis
• Work closely with CNBC’s graphics departments to ensure show branding is up to date across CNBC’s platforms
• Oversee the management of CNBC’s PR content on owned social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

• Work with the Director of Communications, International to deliver a proactive internal communications calendar which engages internal audiences
• Lead in the development of CNBC International’s weekly internal newsletter, internal announcements, and employee engagement campaigns to keep employees informed, while maintaining a consistent tone and message across internal platforms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver all-staff events in the region
• Communicate with key stakeholders in CNBC’s bureau network to ensure communications are aligned.
• Provide administrative support to the Communications team

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.
