Job Purpose Statement

Reporting to the APAC EHS Leader, in this role, you will be responsible for EHS coordination, management, and compliance at fixed facilities (plant, lab & office) at Penjuru and Alpha. You will also undertake administrative duties to support EHS operational issues in SEA & Oceania, recommend actions to solve problems, and perform related duties as required. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the EHS culture and the Journey to Zero vision throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize EHS Goals: Implement the business's EHS goals and programs at fixed facilities in Singapore (plant, lab & office).
• Training Coordination: Organize effective EHS training assignments in SEA (internally).
• Administrative Coordination: Manage administrative task assignments across SEA.
• Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with local regulatory authorities (PUB, NEA, MOM, SCDF, etc.) to ensure compliance, inclusive of local competency requirements.
• Corrective Action: Drive completion of corrective actions across all sites in Singapore.
• Promote EHS Awareness: Foster an EHS culture with awareness and accountability for EHS metrics.
• Regional Collaboration: Work with regional EHS leads and counterparts in SEA to share and implement best practices.
• Support Field Requirements: Assist the business in managing field/site requirements and ensuring regulatory compliance through practical solutions.
• Accident Investigations: Conduct and assist in accident investigations to identify root causes and recommend proactive solutions using tools like Gensuite.
• Promote Safety: Develop and maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• System Support: Support EHS leaders in using EHS compliance and management systems.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence related to EHS functions.
• Google Drive Management: Ensure strong understanding and utilization of Google Drive.
• Committee Administration: Act as an administrator for Singapore EHS Committee meetings, including attendance tracking and minute-taking.

Desired Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EHS experience in both manufacturing and field service operations.
• Minimum EHSC Level B certification or Level C (preferred) — Singapore certifications.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of local regulations (MOM, SCDF, NEA, etc.).
• Experience managing EHS requirements for refineries, petrochemical plants, and greenfield projects.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer focused PCM Coordinator, SLS. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Pandan Crescent, Singapore.

What will you be doing

As PCM Coordinator, SLS, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non - conformities for SLS.

• Act as a link between customer and SLS Sites (factories) in the spare parts delivery process.

• Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures and guidelines, and local requirements.

• Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.

• Ensure quality of spare parts sales documents.

• Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders.

• Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire providing feedback to SLS sales teams.

• Actively follow-up the order book.

• Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.

• Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.

• Follow up with supply chain of parts deliveries according to agreed process.

• Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.

• Use internal network within the expertise to escalate issues that may arise within the expertise.

You will shine in this role, when you have:

• Diploma/BSc in in technical or commercial, educational qualification is flexible for experienced candidates. This position is open to fresh graduate candidates as well.

• Proficiency in English, and Chinese in written and spoken to work with internal stakeholders with other countries, and support the customers in China.

• Good attitude towards internal colleagues and external customer

Logistic Officer

Work Location: Changi Naval Base, Project Office at Geylang area

Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat Full Day

Salary: $2500 to $3500 (depends on experience)

Requirements

Candidates possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.

At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.

Job scope

Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).

Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.

Verify purchases and storage of inventory.

Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.

Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.

Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.

Generation and verification of temporary passes.

Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.
