About the LightSPAN Research Group

The collaborative project is led by Prof. Dr. Manuel Spitschan (TUMCREATE/TUM) and Asst. Prof. Raymond Najjar (NUS). The focus of the work performed as part of this position is a clinical trial investigating cutting-edge behavioural digital-health interventions to promote healthy light exposure in ageing.

Job Purpose/Objective of the Position:

As the Clinical Trial Coordinator in the LightSPAN Project, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and progress of a study that optimizes light exposure for senior citizens. • Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues

• Oversee BIM modelers to create shop drawings.
• Manage schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify conflicts with other trades.
• Work closely with Consultants and Subcontractors to identify the Architectural construction details and M&E services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of building projects experience in Hospital/Medical Facilities.
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Building Codes, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment.
