· Facilitate monthly review meeting for inside sales performance to discuss issues and trigger necessary follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders

· Co-ordinate with Inside Sales team to identify, nurture and qualify leads to help to build sales pipeline

· Follow through with sales team to track leads progress using CRM software and ensuring timely follow-up on leads

· Assess and optimize Inside Sales workload and priorities with multiple marketing campaigns

· Address and qualify leads with complex enquiries via email or voice before assigning to sales

· Be the trainer and first level support for internal tools such as Salesforce.com for managing marketing processes, procedures and reporting

· Analyze CRM, leads and opportunities to identify new marketing opportunities

· Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics, such as conversion rates and ROI

Job Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication

· Minimum 3 to 5 years product marketing experience preferably with exposure to Yokogawa products

· Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to engage customers and key regional stake holders (LCO Sales) in Southeast Asia region

· Experience in Co-ordinating with remotely located team or exposure to culture of BPO Agents in Philippines or other low cost countries in South East Asia

· Exposure with leads management and analysis in Salesforce or similar CRM

· Excellent verbal and written English skills. Knowledge of one of the South East Asian language will be an added advantage

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Ensure booking/delivery arrangement are coordinated within the specific time schedule, on time and complete
• Ensure data entry input accuracy using various IT systems for all shipment transactions
• Coordinate with customers and service provider on all activities including coordination on the collection schedule and pick ups for freight booking
• Ensure all shipping documents are checked and tallied with the necessary documents before releasing the truckers
• Ensure that all customer requirements are fulfilled within the contracted period
• Ensure that all services are properly recorded and forwarded for monthly billing in a timely manner
• Scope of work not limited to the following for inbound and outbound warehouse operation:

1. Verify physical cargoes received against shipper's CIPL
2. Perform inspection, picking labelling, loading and unloading
3. Preparation of freight booking with necessary shipping documentation
4. Preparation of documents for filing purposes
5. Tracking & updating shipment status plus reports to customers
6. Execute day to day billings to customers in a timely manner
7. Ensure all EDI billings are successfully triggered per customer requirement
8. Maintain effective control of contractors to ensure compliance with SOP/Work Instructions
   

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage the deployment of new network builds at our customers offices and data centers across the APAC region, ensuring the successful execution and management of our services for our customer. The Project Coordinator will be working alongside the customers Technical Project Management team supporting the APAC region.

The scope will include the planning, design, construction, and handover phases associated with office network builds, data center network builds, site de-commissions and network retrofit / refresh projects. A successful candidate will help develop and understand the requirements from internal customers and create solutions to improve productivity and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create/maintain all tasks related to the creation & installation of the site infrastructure (based on the latest site deployment guide)
• Attend weekly project meetings.
• Track critical dates & report possible impacts to the project timeline.
• Monitor delivery status for equipment shipments.
• Provide reports to Meta and other necessary stakeholders where requested.
• Create and maintain project checklists, tools, and deployment templates.
• Create and maintain vendor resource Deployment Engineering planning for the project.
• Track and report on circuit delivery updates from carriers/circuit procurement teams.
• Initiate, plan, execute and control all Enterprise Infrastructure Service deployments, with focus on quality and specific timeline constraints (new office deployments, office retrofits, data center builds, migrations, POP builds and wireless network deployments)
• Develop and manage end to end project plans
• Collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the customer environment to ensure successful and on time delivery of projects
• Assist with tracking and allocate engineering resources
• Assist with budget management
• Work with engineering teams to create Bills of Materials
• Collaborate with the sourcing and procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of all hardware and software requirements
• Track hardware and software orders from inception to deployment
• Ensure engineering & deployment activities are tracked to meet project timelines
• Provide project status reports to TPM’s and management

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a similar role
• Highly motivated, innovative individual with a proven track record of managing concurrent projects
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Able to assess & mitigate risk, manage change, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in addition to the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
• Knowledge of project management software a plus
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Organizational and time management experience
• Networking experience such as CCNA / CCNP would be a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area
• PMP Certification a plus
