Scope of works:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling

2.Budget and Cost Management

3. Procurement and Material Management

4. Communication and Coordination with owner and subcon

5. Document Management

6. Site Supervision and Quality Control

7. Reporting and Documentation

8. Closeout and Handover Timely

• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on the progress of M&E works
• Supervise subcontractor’s M&E works and ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes and regulations
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities, subcontractors, clients on technical matters, shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirement and commissioning
• Identify and resolve on-site M&E issues
• Attend technical and coordination meeting
• Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager and Project Director.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule.
• Ensure 3D Models are created to capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.
• Coordinate the process of 3D Model development and ensure Models are delivered within the sufficient time frame for coordination of MEP and other trade works.
• To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Excellent BIM operating skills.
• At least 8 years of design coordination experience preferably in LTA project.
• Able to work independently with experience for at least two large-scale construction projects
