Project Coordinator involves in the day-to-day operations of the projects by organizing and communicating the details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members.

Job Description:

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• Coordinate and supervise the work activity on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main / sub-contractor on project coordination
• Carry out site inspection, analyse and resolve the site problem
• Carry out visual inspection on all installed components of structures
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard

Job responsibilities:

• Create shipping documents like invoices and packing lists and coordinate with Export Sales and distributors in specified countries.
• Manage SAP stock checks upon receipt of orders, prepare shipping paperwork, and oversee timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for booking shipments and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Facilitate stock release with the warehouse and maintain an organized documentation filing system.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, handle bank document submissions, and perform additional delegated tasks.

Requirements:

• Possess basic knowledge of handling export shipments and familiarity with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Securing necessary customs permits, Participating in site meetings, surveys, and loadouts as needed, Coordinating with contractors for timely collection and delivery of cargo within Singapore, Collaborating with overseas offices and agents to streamline operations, Confirm receipt of incoming invoices, Issue invoices to customers to facilitate timely payments
• Quotation Preparation: Create and provide quotations to clients, other company offices, or agents, ensuring that costs are competitive and align with the required terms
• Promptly share all client requests with the Operations Manager or Project Manager
• Actively seek and negotiate ad-hoc quotes from approved carriers, suppliers, and subcontractors, aiming to secure high-quality service at the most favorable rates

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, sub-contractors, and other relevant authorities Plan and ensure M&E works are completed in line with Master Programme and micro-schedule.
• Coordination with our scaffolding subcontractors and ensure their work to comply with PE approved drawing and issue PE cos promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
• At least 2 year (s) of relevant working experience in site coordination work
• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Working-at-heights Supervisor certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
