Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts or provides for employee safety training / briefing, including classroom lectures, demonstrations or hands-on instruction.
• Implement Permit to Work (PTW) system as per stated in the SMS / Project requirement
• Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections and organize HSE promotional acitivities.
• Participate and advise Risk Management (RM) team in preparation of activity-based Risk assessment and safe work procedures.
• Conduct safety coordination meetings and committee meetings as per regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and present monthly HSE and accident / incident reports and findings.
• Reviews and tracking of accidents / incidents statistics and makes recommendation for preventive measures.
• Inspect the Company / site facilities observing operations and activities, investigating health and safety complaints and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with the legislative obligations and Statutory requirements compliance.
• Formulating and coordination of Emergency Response Team (ERT). Be involve in any emergency drills.
• Observes work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn, and procedures are followed.
• Coordinates and consults with Project Managers, Project Engineer and WSH Officer and Supervisors regarding health and safety issues in their respective areas and notifies them regarding violation of safety regulations.
• Ensures preparation of safety manuals, training outlines and employee instructions for work deemed to have recognized hazards.
• Execute HSE programs to improve the safety and health performance, update HSE forms / notice boards and conduct toolbox meeting and safety orientation for employee and contractors.
• Ensures that Company / site complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling and disposal.
• Attend and be involved in safety meetings.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as maybe required by the regulatory authorities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in construction industry.
• Experienced in handling CONSASS / GGBS / ISO45K audits
• Have a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate.
• Have a valid Occupational First-Aider Certificate.
• Have a valid Confined Space Assessor Certificate.
• Have a valid Confined Space Rescue Certificate.
• Proficient in WSH documentation and communication skills.
• Prefer to have pipe jacking / road works/ civil works experience.
• Candidates with their own transport will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
• Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
• Provide guidance and conduct in-house BIM training to other team members
• Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent from any recognised tertiary institution preferred
• Specialist Diploma in BIM
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
• Good knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process
• 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays
• Working location: Central, Singapore
