Job Description Summary

Training Coordinator will be responsible for logistical support and enabling impactful experiences of the Aerospace Learning curricula.

This role is responsible for the logistics to run classes, both classroom and virtual. It will involve working with the participants, vendors, and the Aerospace Learning team to manage the wing-to-wing activities associated with coordinating courses. The role enables the Aerospace Learning team to execute on their operational goals, gives visibility to finance and other key metrics, and drives course participation.

This role is part of our client’s HQ L&D Team, reporting directly to the Training Manager.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Organize all logistics (facility, catering, materials, Learning Management System, pre-work, access processes, etc.) linked to offering classroom, virtual, or digital courses
• Support Training Manager in the administration of LMS for the L&D function.
• Communicate course information to participants and address their queries in a timely manner
• Actively advertise course schedules through different channels and be an ambassador for all learning opportunities
• Manage vendors & procurement process (adding new vendors, payments, reconciliations) in a timely and compliant manner
• Manage internal financial processes (billing to participants, accruals, other reporting) in a compliant and timely manner
• Leverage existing tools and resources to accurately record and track completion of key performance indicators (incl. Learning Management System, Learner Experience Platform, etc.)
• Partner with the Global learning team and extended team members on key initiatives and projects (incl. program redesign support)
• Support Company training committee crucial role in identifying training needs, developing tailored training programs, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
• Maintain records and reporting in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines (incl. course rosters, certification processes)
• Overall monitor key metrics and data points (course enrollments, compliance & regulatory of training) and flag trends for decision making
• Overall key member of the delivery arm of Aerospace Learning; provide insights into improving participant experiences, simplifying processes and supporting effective and efficient delivery of courses.
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) is beneficial.

· Provides administrative support and ensures regulatory compliance for government-funded projects.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or polytechnic.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Assist Parts Supervisor day to day warehouse operations;

2. Issue and receipts of parts at Parts Counter;

3. Assist in providing quotation to our dealers as and when requires.

4. Ensure all incoming stock items are checked for correct quantity, label and properly

placed at the designated location. Any damaged or discrepancy has to report to Parts

Supervisor by submitting discrepancy report for further action;

5. Ensure the quality in the bin location tally with the system at all times. Any discrepancy

has to be reported to Parts Supervisor;

6. Ensure all parts are properly labelled for easy identification and to maintain proper

housekeeping;

About the Role

The APAC Technical Coordinator supports the Group CAD Engineering Manager by collaborating with CAD, Sales, Estimation, and Operations Teams across the region. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate creation of CAD drawing packages, providing guidance to the CAD team, managing drawing and design coordination requests, and supporting regional service deliverables to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support:
  • Provide technical support & coordination with sales, design, and estimation teams.
• Post-Sales Support:
  • Attend internal project handover meetings.
  • Conduct technical reviews of sales orders and associated project paperwork.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure sales orders reflect final system design.
  • Clarify technical scope, acceptance criteria, and identify project priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Design detailed systems, including the provision of outline scope of works, device and wiring schedules, and programming sheets for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Collaborate with the CAD team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Proactively identify technical risks that may affect timing, specifications, budgets, and project outcomes.
  • Assist in the collation of as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including internal handover to the Service team.
• Other Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned expectations for timely completion and quality standards for all technical support activities.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and reporting across all support functions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical and/or design support/coordination roles, with a clear understanding of the end-to-end process and what drives effective and timely completion of projects and/or support tasks (preferably in the field of electronic integrated security systems).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and implementation practices (preferably in the field of integrated security systems).
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic integrated security solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to share knowledge and information at the right time with the right people.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
