Requirements

· Only Singaporean to apply.

· With own transportation will be preferred.

· Candidate shall possess at minimal “O" – Level or NITEC Qualification or equivalence education qualification.

· Candidates with no relevant experience is welcome to apply. Candidate with working experiences to similar work nature will be preferred.

· Shall be fluent in English and Chinese Language, both written and spoken, to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.

· Shall have mind-set on people-oriented, administrative skills, dateline-driven, a team player, and have a positive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend to customer Inquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing (training will be provided).
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities.
• Ensure all transactions and data entries are accurately recorded in the system and proper filing of all documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping department to track and manage order fulfillment.
• Build & maintain good relationship with customers.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, taking and upload product photos to the website.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales support or customer service.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Able to pick up product knowledge for effective communications and coordination.
• Able to work Independently and meet deadlines.
• 5-Day work week / normal office hour.
• On Job Training Provided.
