Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will be involved in getting shop-drawings approved and proposed rectifications on any defects found. You will ensure that the documentation system is always up to date and in line with ISO guidelines and customers expectation.

Responsibilities

1) Work closely between Singapore and Malaysia Plant to ensure smooth delivery of materials and precast components at sites.

• Assist Technical Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
• Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
• 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) software such as AutoDesk Revit MEP to modeling the M&E services and Revit Architect to do an Interior Design.
• Able to understand C&S drawings, M&E drawing, Architectural
• Coordination with Sub-Contractors due to design change, casting plan, ordering material and so on.
• Familiar with rebar design, change of lifting beam bolting, diversion of drainage system, etc. Communicate with Consultant.
• Provide Site Surveying Drawing by make use site coordinates.

Overview

As a Site Coordinator, you will assist the Operation Manager in the daily operation of executing all project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.

Job Description:

1) Assist in coordinating projects and ensure smooth progress of work.

2) Identify defects and follow up on quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) issues.

3) Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) reviews.

4) Coordinate and manage vendor and subcontractor activities to ensure quality standards are met.

5) Conduct regular site visits and manage work schedules to ensure projects progress smoothly and are completed on time.

6) Submit weekly reports on Projects progress to management.

7) Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, using proper verification methods.

8) Gather necessary resources and follow up on meetings to ensure the project schedule is met and expectations are achieved.

9) Improve work quality by providing feedback on issues identified during troubleshooting.

10) Work closely with HR & Admin Department on issuing of Delivery Order, Subcontractors Claim Form and Invoices.

11) Providing all administrative support when required.

Requirements:

1) Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

2) At least 3 years of experience in the Lift & Escalator industry.

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

5) A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

6) Possession of a personal vehicle is a plus.
