ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are actively seeking a qualified & detail-oriented Project BIM Coordinator (Hybrid) to join our esteemed team as part of a System Wide Contractor for a significant project with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore. As the Project BIM Coordinator (Hybrid), you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, ensuring effective coordination & collaboration among various stakeholders.

1. BIM Implementation:

· Conduct regular reviews of BIM models for accuracy & completeness.

6. Training &Support:

· Provide training and support to construction teams on BIM tools, coordination workflows, and the use of CDE platforms.

· Address & resolve BIM-related issues encountered during the construction process.

Job Requirements:

1. Education &Experience:

· Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

· Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training certification), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm or a large project.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on implementation.

2. Technical Proficiency:

· Proficient in BIM software, including but not limited to Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

· Experience in clash detection & resolution workflows.

· Experience with 4D (time scheduling), 5D (cost estimation), and 6D (facility management) BIM dimensions.

· Proficient in using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

3. LTA Project Experience:

· Familiarity with LTA project requirements & a solid understanding of the specific demands of transportation infrastructure projects in Singapore.

4. Construction Experience:

· Proven experience working on construction sites, with a deep understanding of project challenges & dynamics.

5. Communication Skills:

· Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey BIM-related concepts to project stakeholders.

· Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse project stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving Abilities:

· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to identify & address coordination challenges effectively.

· Proactive mindset to anticipate & resolve potential BIM-related issues.

7. Adaptability:

· Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements & changes in construction plans.

· Flexibility to work in a dynamic & fast-paced construction environment.
