Job scope:

• Coordinate sales meetings and events.
• Support daily sales-related documentation tasks.
• Ensure efficient facilitation of the sales process upon receiving Purchase Orders.
• Assist with meeting minutes, documenting key notes and action items.
• Provide support in preparing and submitting tender documents for the sales team.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Assist the sales team by compiling and organizing necessary documents for client interactions, aiding team members in the field.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes.
• Focus on administrative tasks to ensure smooth back-end operations for sales.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirement:

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating interviews for senior level candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a world-class candidate experience
• Tools: Maintain Scheduling tracking tool ensuring information is up to date, functioning optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
