As a Site Coordinator, you will assist the Operation Manager in the daily operation of executing all project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.

Job Description:

1) Assist in coordinating projects and ensure smooth progress of work.

Job Description

· Maintain effective SHE management systems to ensure compliance with SHE legislation, group / divisional policies and requirements and any other requirements to which the business subscribes.

· Maintain Rentokil Initial approved risk assessment processes to ensure that generic and site-specific risks are identified, assessed and controlled.

· Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

· Warehouse Organization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout plans and storage systems to optimize space and streamline operations.

· Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards before dispatch.

· Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of a productive work environment.

· Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.

· Data and Reporting: Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.

· Customer Service Support: Handle any warehouse-related issues that arise in customer service queries, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Working details :

Working hours : Rotating Work 5 Days from Monday to Saturdays 9 am to 6.30pm with an hour of lunch break

Working location : Taiseng Area. (nearest MRT : Taiseng MRT)

Requirements:

• Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
• Comfortable with working with seniors

Resposibilities:

• Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of active ageing activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities
• Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
• Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services
• Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed
• Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources
• Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities
• Perform general administrative duties
• Applicant must be willing to work 5.5 days/week and work at Eunos Crescent
