Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Design and Proposal Creation

• Develop and manage event budgets to maximise profitability.

7. Event Execution and Quality Control

• Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploman in Event Management, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Plan and execute efficient warehouse operations to ensure smooth and effective processes.
• Monitor and optimize storage utilization levels to maximize space efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality programs to maintain high standards of operations.
• Utilize data analytics to review and improve the efficiency of warehouse storage and layout plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
• Handle equipment and processes related to forklift operations as necessary.

Job Title: Logistics Planner & Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimise time and resources.

2. Interact with customers to arrange delivery schedules and address inquiries or complaints.

3. Keep track of our company’s fleet using live-tracking systems.

4. Handle delivery-related issues faced by our drivers.

5. Maintain accurate records of payments received.

6. Monitor and track shipping schedules.

7. To manage inventory using inventory control system software

Requirements:

a. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (reading and writing).

b. A positive and customer-centric service attitude

c. Comfortable using computers and software tools.

d. No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Location: Tuas South
