• Prepare necessary shipping documentations and selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes for shipping goods
• Shipping management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, with respective factories in the region, 3PL & forwarders for shipments to/from overseas
• Liaise with internal department stakeholders such as sales and warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory operations as well as with factories and 3PL vendors
• Using data to identify stock trends, track performance of products, and make informed decisions
• Any other general reporting if required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP system is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control audits.
• Organize pre-inspection meetings with clients.
• Create Project Inspection and Testing Plans.
• Draft Project Inspection and Testing Procedures.
• Address client feedback on QC documents.
• Coordinate and schedule QC activities, including inspection notices and factory acceptance tests.

Requirements:
