Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Engineering

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field in Singapore

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
• Liaise with clients to identify the requirements, scopes, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams with schedule management.
• Ensure Client’s needs and Deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Prepare and send appropriate paperwork when required.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’/’N’ Level
• Team player, independent, and highly motivated
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 5 Days Work Week, Monday – Friday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
• Male applicants must have completed National Service (NS)

SALARY

• Basic: $2000 - $2600

Brief Description

The Programmes Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving the smooth implementation of well-being programmes and projects.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for well-being, logistics, and planning. You will work closely with internal teams, external teams, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of impact-driven programmes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and logistical support to ensure the successful implementation of impact-driven programmes and projects
• Drive innovation to improve the operational efficiency of programmes and projects

Requirements

• Diploma certification (or equivalent) in any discipline
• Possess interest in the science of well-being or positive psychology

Selection Process

Please take note that there will be at least 3 interviews if selected:

• 1st interview (Virtual) (30 mins) – A chat to get to know each other better
• 2nd interview (Physical) (2 hours) – You will be experiencing tasks related to admin and logistical support
• 3rd interview (Physical) (1 hour) – You will explore your person-organisation fit
