About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. • Work closely with BU leader, Service Delivery Managers (SDM) and all Project Managers within the business unit.

• Primary point of contact of AMS Ticketing Tool, provide administrative support such as account set up, updating user guide and provide system training to new customer and new onboard internal team member.
• Track and maintain record of projects, assignees, contracts, sub-contracts, statuses, invoicing, renewals, extensions, and the like.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Assist in resource planning and utilization monitoring, tracking and analysis.
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)
• Drive software licensing procurement from RFQ, purchase, receipt, issue and record.
• Track expiry and drive renewal of software licenses resold, notifying, and securing renewal confirmation and procurement thereof.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of task including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, posses strong communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquires.
Manage and maintain executives schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filling.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

No Experience Required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm

Position Summary

This position is responsible for guiding a team of logistic coordinators associates in the provision of logistics operational functions such as cus tomer service, trucking coordination and the generation and maintenance of operations documents, reports, correspondence and expenses. Assist the Supervisor operations in the daily office activities and communications to customers.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Guide a team of coordinators associates to provide administrative support to the Operations.

• Handle order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.

• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.

• Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in the daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications

• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly.

• Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries.

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Qualification Summary

Experience:

• This position requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.

• Must have prior experience in managing a team

Education:

• Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Good Communication skills

• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Good customer relationship management skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc..

Job Description

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable design codes/standards and specifications.
• Design and detailing of systems.
• Attendance for design and construction reviews.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Develop mechanical/ electrical/ ICA systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts,and manage drawing registers and standards

Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Proficient in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer/OpenPlant Modeller/OpenPlant P&ID will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Architecture/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Requirements:

Candidates with LTA experience will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Monitor safety and health aspect of all projects and workers safe work practices.

· Reporting to the Project Manager, liaise closely with the Site Team on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety and housekeeping at the site.

· Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations.

· Carry out risk assessment for all projects and maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at site.

· Assist the Safety Manager in Oversee and lead the Safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety systems at sites.

· Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSHE issues.

· Function as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer as required under the Workplace Safety and Health Act and perform duties in accordance to the Code of Practice for Environmental Control Officers.

· Prepare, organize and implement safe work procedures and measures in accordance with MOM Regulations.

· Conduct investigations of WSH infringements and industrial accidents and recommend remedial actions.

· Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities.

· Assist with the rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure they experience a satisfactory return to work.

· Organize monthly WSH Committee meetings and prepare HSE reports and submit statutory reports in the required formats, including safety indices.

· Develop documentation for the Project Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, etc.

· Conduct internal HSE related training for site personnel.

· Manage and lead a team of safety workers.
