Your role:

• Be responsible for ensuring clinical trials are going to plan and guidelines are not breached
• Liaise with different departments to maintain smooth operations
• Communicate with clients to finalise details and activities
• Ensure that study processes are performed according to standards
• Ensure that study shipments are sent according to different respective guidelines
• Data entry
• Ad hoc duties as required

Job requirements:

Service Coordinator

• Location: Kaki Bukit (Office)
• Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: $2,200 to $2,800 (depends on exp)

Job Scope:

• Answering service calls
• Co-ordination works between suppliers, client and service team
• Scheduling appointments for all service calls and maintenance work
• Quotation for service works, maintenance and following up on the status
• Procurement for service works and maintenance related equipment once confirm
• Do filing for all service-related documents
• Receiving of goods
• Consolidating service/maintenance report for submission
• Checking and replying email daily
• Monthly Report on Billings for Management's Review
• Direct reporting to Project Director for daily paper works, co-ordination and other assigned jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinating and ensuring smooth running of F&B services for in-patient meals and in-house events in the hospital

2. Taking/compiling meal orders for private and special diet patients.

3. Ensuring all food trolleys are heated prior to dishing of meals, and despatching meals to the wards timely and correctly.

4. Attend and resolve patients'complaints, and tabulate patient’s feedback for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education

• Competent in MS Words, outlook and Excel

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically fit and able to work staggered hours
