· Help schedule shipments and make sure all paperwork is done correctly

· Keep records up to date, including inventory and delivery information

· Prepare delivery orders and answering basic questions

· Visit the warehouse to check and manage stock when needed

· Work with other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time

· Help create and maintain operational reports and documents

· Ensure all paperwork follows company rules and regulations

· Take part in projects to improve how we work

Requirements:

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Good communication skills, both spoken and written

· Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment

· Positive attitude and eager to learn
