Job Responsibilities:
Conducts or provides for employee safety training / briefing, including classroom lectures, demonstrations or hands-on instruction.
Implement Permit to Work (PTW) system for all high-risk work activities.
Conduct regular safety inspections and organize periodic audits.
Participate and advise Risk Management (RM) team in preparation of activity based Risk assessment and safe work procedures.

Coordinates and consults with Project Managers, Project Engineer and WSH Officer and Supervisors regarding health and safety issues in their respective areas and notifies them regarding violation of safety regulations.
Ensures preparation of safety manuals, training outlines and employee instructions for work deemed to have recognized hazards.
Execute HSE programs to improve the safety and health performance, update HSE forms / notice boards and conduct toolbox meeting and safety orientation for employee and contractors.
Ensures that Company / site complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling and disposal.
Schedules and chairs regular safety meetings.
Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as maybe required by the regulatory authorities.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years work experience in shipyard / marine structure demolition and repair works (Civil / Structural / M&E).
Minimum 2 years work experience in asbestos removal and disposal works.
Minimum 3 years work experience working under ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards / requirements.
Have a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator familiar with China-related affairs to coordinate and manage exchange programs between China and Singapore. This includes organizing study tours, arranging business visits for Chinese delegations, and collaborating with local travel agencies in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with Chinese study tour groups to arrange their visits in Singapore, including planning itineraries for schools and institutions.
2. Assist in organizing visits for Chinese business delegations and facilitating exchanges with Singaporean enterprises.
3. Collaborate with local travel agencies in Singapore to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
4. Execute and oversee events on-site to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Prepare project plans, reports, and summaries, while providing recommendations for follow-up services.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiarity with Chinese affairs and culture, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience; a background in the tourism or education industry is preferred.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to draft project reports and communication materials effectively.
4. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
Requirements:
· Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution
· 5 years relevant working experience supervising Architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry
· Prior experiences in HDB projects will be an added advantage
· Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
· Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
