We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for projects across various stages, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration among team members.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed 3D models that will be used for design, construction, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on project specifications and design requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate various disciplines into the BIM model.
• Ensure the BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the project’s needs.
• Perform quality control checks on models and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Create and manage drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Assist in the coordination and clash detection of various building systems using BIM tools.
• Support the project team in resolving technical issues related to the BIM model.
• Produce project deliverables, including 3D visualizations, reports, and schedules.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with BIM industry trends and software advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a BIM Modeller, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and design standards.
• Experience in model coordination and clash detection.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus.
