Senior/E&M Design Coordinator (A1 main con, MRT projects)

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a notable record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects. They’re now looking for a Senior/E&M Design Coordinator for their Cross Island Line project. This role will be 5.5 days of work per week and performance bonuses to be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design and implementation of M&E systems
• Develop and design mechanical and electrical systems and manage engineering activities
• Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants and architects to ensure smooth execution of the projects
• Prepare technical drawings and design specifications and provide technical support when required
• Ensure that all designs are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E&M design in the construction industry
• Candidates must possess experience with MRT projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software
