The candidate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments.

This role includes preparing documentation, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.

The candidate coordinates with various departments (cross departments) to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support Shipping Activities:

• Communicate with carriers and freight companies to schedule shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, booking confirmations, packing lists, and invoices.
• Handle customs documentation and clearances. Generate permits for import/export (in pipeline – subject to certification)
• Coordinate with Depot on container collection and returns
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and shipping costs.

- Work with customer service to address any shipping-related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a shipping or logistics environment preferred.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with shipping software and logistics systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable design codes/standards and specifications.
• Design and detailing of systems.
• Attendance for design and construction reviews.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Develop mechanical/ electrical/ ICA systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts,and manage drawing registers and standards

Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Proficient in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer/OpenPlant Modeller/OpenPlant P&ID will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Architecture/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Summary:

• Logistic industry (Air & Sea)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all bookings for both air and sea freight
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, shipping rate and etc
• Interact with customer via phone / email
• Process customer orders, documentation, and schedule for deliveries
• Apply for custom permit if required
• Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments and etc
• Other related ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in logistic industry
• Bilingual in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and vendors
