• Assist in enrolment of new clients and conduct necessary health assessments.
• Filling in the daily progress report of the clients’ attendance and grading at the end of each session as well as the learning outcomes of each session.
• Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date client and volunteer records. Assist with audit preparations and documentation.

Maintenance and providing care

• Disinfecting the centre before and after the programme session
• Assist in serving clients’ meals and guiding clients to the toilet when needed
• Handling household tasks such as washing and sterilizing dishes
• Managing and restocking of food inventory (such as instant drinks and snacks for tea break)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong passion and commitment to working with seniors who are visually handicapped.
• Preferably experienced in direct operational roles, especially in eldercare, including programme facilitation and needs assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual abilities with proficiency in dialects preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualification in eldercare or social services preferred.
