General Overview

The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform safe and reliable gas supply and jetty operations at the LNG Terminal as a reasonable and prudent operator.

The incumbent shall have in depth knowledge and experience of, and able to demonstrate effective application of, HSSE regulations and best industry practices. The incumbent shall have strong technical knowledge and experience on process and DCS including, but not limited to, process hydraulics, thermodynamics, field troubleshooting, logics, safety bypass.

The incumbent shall also possess functional and behavioral competencies with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with multi-functional, multi-discipline stakeholders; i.e. HSSE team, marine team, maintenance team, subject-matter experts (engineers), commercial team, LNG vessel, authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Conduct daily production toolbox meeting, review shift activities, prioritize and assign resource to deliver effective and efficient work execution
• Review and issue permit to work; i.e. confined space entry, working at height, hot work, lifting, radiation, diligently to ensure work to be performed is safe and compliant to HSSE requirement and safe work procedures
• Perform terminal operations; i.e. deliver gas supply according to nomination, LNG unloading/reloading jetty operations, operating of equipment, unloading/receiving of chemicals, equipment switching/testing, according to standard operating procedures to ensure no impact to safety and gas supply reliability
• Perform inspection and monitoring of equipment and process systems to ensure parameters are within operating range. Respond to alarms and abnormal condition promptly and take necessary corrective action. Evaluate faults and raise work orders promptly for maintenance work
• Prepare equipment and process systems; i.e. clearing process and purging, de-energizing, lock out and tag out, for safe handover for maintenance work according to safe work procedure requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and taking the lead to respond to abnormal operating scenarios, incidents or emergencies effectively according to response plans and industry protocols.
• Perform basic maintenance i.e., strainer cleaning, flange make up, gas cylinder replacement
• Compile, review and submit logs, Shift Report, Operations Abnormality Report, Incident Report, Control of Safety Device Bypass
• Develop and review standard operating procedures to ensure effective and efficient work execution with no impact to safety and gas supply reliability
• Develop and review risk assessments comprehensively to ensure adequate and effective risk mitigation are applied for safe work execution
• Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis effectively as required
• Participate in internal/external audits as required
• Manage and accountable for team members’ operations discipline, performance and development by conducting training, coaching, and performance review
• Undertake project related role when assigned; rotation between shift and day work
• The incumbent shall be part of the company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) and shall assume the responsibilities of liaison with local authorities and government agencies during emergencies. He/she shall manage emergency response based on established procedures and plans and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities such as but not limited to:

1. Respond to terminal emergency situations as Site Incident Commander (SIC)
2. Participate in prevention and combat of hazardous situations such as loss of primary containment, oil spills and other forms of pollution and situations dangerous to life and property.
3. Perform routine safety check on all safety equipment such as safety showers, eye wash, SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus), firefighting equipment etc. to ensure readiness and availability as required

Work Experience

• Minimum 15 years' experience in process operations function.
• Minimum 7 years' supervisory/managing experience
• LNG experience or familiarity with cryogenic process in the ethylene, ammonia, air separation or natural gas processing industries will be advantageous
• Jetty operations experience an advantage

Education

• NITEC/NTC in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Process Technology or equivalent preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Process Technology will be advantageous

SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Officer (Contract Logistics) is responsible for assisting the Warehouse/Logistics Manager in supervising and executing daily Warehouse operational activities to conscientiously observe and perform all job scope and responsibilities assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Job description:

* Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of customer service staff across multiple outlets.

* Prepare and manage work schedules and rosters to ensure adequate staffing at all times.

* Monitor staff performance, providing feedback, training, and coaching as necessary to maintain high service standards.

* Develop and implement customer service procedures to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and complaints.

* Maintain a high standard of service across all outlets to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Conduct regular site visits to all outlets to ensure consistency in customer service and operational processes.

* Review outlet-specific customer feedback and work with teams on-site to improve service quality and address concerns.

* Ensure all outlets adhere to company policies, standards, and protocols for customer service and hygiene.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the retail or service industry.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in creating and managing work schedules and rosters.

* Willingness to travel frequently for outlet visits and provide hands-on support.

* Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Implement HSE procedures
• Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working condition
• Conduct weekly safety briefing
• Ensure proper housekeeping by contractors on daily basis
• Conduct toolbox with relevant stakeholders
• Conduct safety induction program for new employees
• Conduct safety inspection
• Advise customers, contractors and visitors of safety needs when visiting the site

Job Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec
• Relevant Safety & Health certificates, including Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate, Advanced Certificate in WSH or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Instruct workers in duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Record information, such as production output, operating times, and labor costs
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Schedule work assignments and prepare work schedules
• Evaluate work performance, and recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals
• Oversee maintenance of greenhouses and equipment
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Experience in a production environment (Mechanical and Electrical works)
• Experience managing workers
• Knowledge of plant operations
• Ability to monitor and maintain safety protocols

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updates
• Responsible for all inspection activities
• Monitor and supervise entire project team to ensure compliance of work
• Check and monitor project budget, as well as prepare for unforeseen costs
• Manage material at construction site to ensure zero wastage and no overstock of material
• Manage manpower and overtime cost to ensure optimal cost benefit within or below budget
• Attend and/or chair meetings with clients, architects, engineers and workers
• Prepare regular progress reports for each project
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented

• Ensure safety provision on sites are maintained on site as per WSH Act & regulations

• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance and necessary recordings

• Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occurs and take action to prevent re-occurrence

• Prepare Risk Assessment/ Safe work procedure

• Assist in planning and preparation of safety equipment to be available for site usage

• Periodic conducting of safety briefing

• Report incidents and accidents to management

• Maintain project accident statistics

• To perform other supervision and routine job assigned by corporate management team

• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 system

• Any related duty as assigned Requirements

• Possess own transport will be an added advantage
