   Record any issues or defects and ensure they are resolved promptly.
   
6. Team Coordination:Manage and motivate the team of construction workers and contractors.
   Facilitate communication between workers, project managers, and stakeholders.
   
7. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, and any delays or issues.
   Provide regular progress reports to project managers or stakeholders.
   Keep records of site meetings, safety inspections, and incidents.
   

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in construction site supervision or a similar role.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks, such as walking, standing, and lifting.
• Ability to inspect construction areas and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
