• Resolve and mitigate problems onsite
• Report on progress to company director
• Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site

Requirements

• Relevant certificates from BCA or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
• Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority

English and Chinese speaking environment

Class 2/3 license

Deployment of workers to site and control of materials and machines

Attend site meeting and weekly office meeting

BCSS certificate

Risk assessment is an advantage

Report to factory at Eunos daily

Simple computer knowledge

Knowledge of MOM regulations / Safety Coordinator
