• Manages warehouse inventory and ensures the database is regularly updated.

Responsibilities:

· Purchasing activities: Generate Purchase Order to Suppliers & Coordinate Delivery arrival

· Sourcing Activities including research of the potential vendors

· Order tracking to ensure on time delivery

· Monitor Stock levels daily and place orders as needed

· Update and maintain Records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control

· Logistics activities: Sales & Invoices Documentation, Import & Export processing/documentation

· L/C Negotiation & CO application

· Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O” level or equivalent

· Develop and service new customer base
