Responsibilities:

Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Liase closely with Site Operations Staff, Project/Site Managers, Government Regulatory Authorities on all Environmental, Health and Safety matters.

Ensure all HSE related safety Equipment and PPE are in order and properly maintained.

Assist to purchase of materials and Deliver to Site.

Job Requirement:

Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction and electrical works procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

Min 5 years of relevant working experience

Shift work and weekend duty is required

Diploma/ ITE/ Secondary/ or equivelent education

Building Construction related courses/ Skill Evalution Certificate level 1&2 BCA/ Construction (BCSS) / WSH Safety Coordinator Advance certification course and Coretrade Foreman

Able to work under fast paced environment

Experiences in main-con projects will be advantageous.

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage

• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
• Prepare daily delivery list for frozen meats and others
• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assit to production and others
• Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs like 20 - 30 kg
• Able to work long hours and weekend

Job Description & Requirements

· Ensuring all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements

· To co-ordinate and supervise site workers, monitoring project progress and schedule

· To liaise closely with appointed Main-contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers or their appointed agents on all on-site matters

· Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions etc

· Ensure compliance with the prevailing legislative Work Safety rules and/or measures

· Assist Engineering and Production Team with the preparation and submission of documents for work commencement and upon project completion

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
