Job Description:
• Assist Department Leader with planning of daily production activities and issuance of
routine instructions
• Assist Department Leader with planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance
activities
• Ensure that production and quality targets are met by monitoring production and QC
data
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
• Assist Department Leader with monitoring inventory levels of raw materials,
subsidiary materials and spares, and raise purchase requests when required
• Assist Department Leader with enforcement of Production shift staff discipline
including monitoring production data and reviewing CCTV footage when necessary
• Assist with Document Control relating to production, including maintaining and
updating WI and forms
