Principal Responsibilities:

- Manages order fulfillment from stored inventory, meeting customer requirements and

inspection/testing processes; order shipments within time commitments in the most cost

effective manner; communication with customers regarding any fulfillment issues or

problems.

- Manages inventory through periodic and special inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies,

and ensures accuracy including returns of defective materials.

- Ensures documentation is complete, accurate and processed appropriately.

- Plans, develops and/or implements quality assurance procedures. Evaluates quality

deviations to determine cause, effect, and corrective measures. Surveys customers

periodically regarding accuracy, quality, efficiency, adherence to specifications and overall

customer experience.

- Ensures work area is well maintained and in compliance with all safety regulations and

department policies including ESD requirements.

- Ensures equipment is safe, in good repair, functioning appropriately and calibrated to be in

full compliance with required military, ISO and other quality standards. Participates in the

evaluation, recommendation and implementation of new equipment or equipment

enhancements.

- Creates, reviews, updates, presents, manages and/or contributes to statistical, narrative,

financial regularly scheduled and ad hoc written and oral reports and presentations.

- Assesses productivity measures, identifies trends and monitors department activity.

- Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and

procedures, to include various key performance metrics.

• To recommend and promote items on the menu or specials to guests.
• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times.
• To clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor M&E work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements M&E work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechnical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline
• Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications
• Assist in project defects and rectifications
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters)
