Responsibility:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Transport Arrangement Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our freight transport and logistics department. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring that all shipments are handled accurately and in compliance with regulations. The supervisor will lead a team, manage relationships with carriers, monitor schedules, and address any transportation issues that arise.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily freight transport operations, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with safety standards. Manage transportation schedules, optimize routes, and resolve operational issues.
- Supervise the coordination of freight shipments, working with warehouses to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor costs, track shipments, and manage vendor relationships.
- Manage global freight operations, ensuring compliance with customs and regulations. Oversee international shipments, resolve customs issues, and optimize global transport routes.
- Coordinate freight transport for e-commerce deliveries. Work with couriers to ensure timely, cost-effective shipments and resolve delivery issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Supervise freight movements within the supply chain, optimizing transport routes and costs. Ensure on-time delivery from suppliers to warehouses or customers, resolving any delays.

- Manage a fleet of transport vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Supervise the delivery process, ensuring products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Communicate with customers, resolve freight issues, and track delivery performance.

- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager / Site Manager to plan, manage, and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of the desired quality.

Support Project Manager / Site Manager in the volume business through coordination, follow-up, and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project.

Be in-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, and complete-on-time delivery of organization projects and solutions.

Responsible for effective site administration which includes site safety and control of materials/plants on site.

Ensure that all Safety compliance and processes are adhered to by all workers.

Assist to manage and monitor site operations, workers, and vendors.

Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.

Able to communicate to all levels and attend site meetings including every morning safety meeting with all the workers on a daily basis.
