DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
2. Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and fallow up actions with Sr Engineers.
3. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.
4. Analyse and improve equipment reliability of plant to prevent recurrence with production
group and contractors.
5. Manage annual shutdown/Grade change maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
6. Good knowledge and hand-on experience with PLC system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (eg. TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC etc.)
7. Leading troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnosing the cause, and ensuring that repairs are carried out effectively.
8. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
9. To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
10. Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.
11. Work as team and support inter and Intra Department woks and demonstrate company Core Values.
12. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree/Diploma in in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
2. Min 5 years of experience as an E&I Supervisor in chemical plant.
3. Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
4. Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendor independently and effectively.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. and available to support 24hr. plant operation needs.
