SCOPE

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for directing and controlling the day-to-day housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.0 Direct and manage coffee shop/food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements .

2.0 Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operation.

3.0 Ensure Cashier fills up the Daily Sales Report accurately and proper handing/ taking over in between shifts should be in accordance to the Company SOP.

4.0 Ensure Coffee-Maker possesses the basic skill and knowledge of coffee-brewing. Able to follow and/or meet with the required Company’s Coffee/Tea brewing standards.

5.0 Ensure that the stall tenant has a valid food stall licence and all foreign/immigrant workers hold a valid employment pass.
