The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement process, distribution and storage of goods. This role involves coordinating deliveries, inventory control, and ensuring supply chain operations. The Logistics Manager works to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.

• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing both excess inventory and stockouts across various port and supply chain operations.
• Manage and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and alignment with inventory requirements. 
• Continuously monitor inventory levels and turnover rates, analyzing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock status, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment to support decision-making and strategic planning. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure reliability and address any supply chain issues promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and streamline operations within the port and supply chain environment. 
• Address and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and other issues proactively, providing solutions to minimize impact on supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
