Vendor management, involved in price and contract negotiations, review of facility related contracts

Review and check against quotation and invoices, ensuring accuracy is in place

Provide daily office facilities support, including but not limited to, equipment maintenance and office supplies control

Coordination for renovation and relocation project with property agencies, landlord and contractors across various Asian countries

Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

What will you need?

5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management with regional experience

Experience in Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and Pakistan is desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Adaptable, proactive, and well-organised

• Supervise and train team member to achieve customer satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity
• Perform daily operation tasks, documenting procedures and creating guidelines
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and restaurant

Job Description

Supervisors are responsible for leading the service/ bar team. Coaching waiters/bartenders and developing and disciplining the team with SOS, SOPs and P&P’s. Ensuring the team is working cohesively following the restaurant's service standards.

Job Details

1. Supervise floor/ bar team , liaise and work hand in hand with BOH to ensure cohesive work flow.
2. Responsible for daily stocktake and inventory.
3. Execute directions from ARM/ RM.
4. Deliver standards and consistent quality of service with attention to profitability and guest satisfaction.
5. Maintain a prominent visible presence daily.
6. Provide superior guest service.

Qualifications

1. Mastery of simple and elegant service protocol.
2. Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to high level high volume restaurant service.
3. Experience in supervising and guiding service / bar staff.
4. Comfort with equipment standard functions.
5. Self starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.
