• Safety: Ensure that the project follows all safety guidelines and regulations. Collaborate with safety personnel to promote health and safety.
• Project management: Help project managers plan work, and support them in executing the project.
• Staffing: Supervise workers and subcontractors, organize staff work schedules, and manage site manpower planning.
• Quality: Verify that installations align with construction drawings, and maintain work quality within set deadlines.
• Inspections: Conduct equipment, material, and routine inspections.
• Communication: Participate in daily toolbox meetings, provide clear instructions, and update work progress records.
• Reporting: Complete records for site reports and prepare reports.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Sales target set for the business.

· Perform daily sales activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, presentations, proposals and closing orders.

· Engage with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients' satisfaction.

· Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.

Requirements:

· Must have good business acumen.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

· Must be service & results oriented

· Able to work on weekend and public holiday

Job Description:

• Work in the Construction Industry
• Oversee workers daily affairs
• Manage drivers and lorry schedule
• Handle site submissions paper work for operations
• To motivate workers and monitor their attendance
• Follow up with deployment of workers to new client's jobsite

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Construction safety
• Effectively bilingual with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence and enthusiasm
• Able to work independently within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

1) Have at least 5 years relevent experience in Singapore

2) Need to train staff assistant

3) Be able to identify sales trends

4) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.

5) Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese

6) Must be able to work night shift or split shift

7) Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
