· Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)

· Familiar with external works, etc.

· Develop a work schedule for workers

· Supervise all construction workers

· Solve disputes between workers

· To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.

· Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors

· Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Requirements

· Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

· Min 8 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required

· diploma, building construction related, skill evalution certificate level 1&2 BCA

1. Knowledge of Wet trade works

2. Manage about 20 workers

3. Understand tile setting out

4. Planning and organizing work schedules and supervising the work of tile installers.

5. Ensuring that all tiling work meets industry standards and specifications.

6. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of tiling materials and equipment.

7. Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by the team.

8. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met.

9. Providing training and guidance to tile installers.

10. In-depth knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
