Job Description & Requirements
• Performing the duties of a Retail Assistant/ Senior Retail Assistant
• Taking on a supporting role to supervise, which include conducting on-job training for new Retail Assistants, guiding/coaching new retail assistants, working with Area Leader/Shop Supervisor/Retail Manager to improve on their performance
• Performing stock ordering through in-house systems
• Performing checks to ensure store standards are met
• Participating in stock-take and new stores’ set-ups
• Monitors stock delivery schedule
• Assist in doing roster and ensuring staff sufficiency
• Working with the Retail Manager to improve the department’s Key Performance Indicators
• Performing the responsibilities of the Area Leader/Shop Supervisor in his/her absence, which include observing and being aware of store’s /customers’ situation and keeping the Retail Manager informed as needed
• Ensuring customer support and engagement
• Being a role model for customer service
• Performing proper receiving of stocks, maintaining the stocks and ensuring it is within quality and display standards
• Conducting training, ad hoc and annual performance reviews
• Perform other duties as required by shop Manager
