Job Description

· Carry out structural design and produce professional engineering calculation complying to Eurocodes and prevailing building control regulations

· Attending all project/ technical meetings with authorities, developer, and contractors

· Prepare technical engineering reports as and when required by authorities or clients

· Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out

Responsibilities:

• L1 supporting on 24/7 shift for Technical application support team to manage the applications
• Working hours (12 hrs shift (7.30am-7.30pm or 7.30pm to 7.30am) - 2 days work, 2 days off on a rotation basis).
• Perform health check and shakedown support based on the work instructions
• Perform application deployment using the tool as per the work instructions
• Monitor alerts and take necessary actions as per the document
• Collaborate with technical support team members to properly manage the applications and escalate when appropriate
• Run monitoring reports or statistical reports for usage, performance or availability.
• Document the solutions or work instructions for knowledge base
• Meet SLA like response and resolution times for alert monitoring, deployment, shakedown, etc by partnering with L2 support team
• Attend to the tasks given by L2 support team through phone, chat and email communication

As a Service Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted.

Role & Responsibilities

· Greet and meet people coming into The SKILT Centre and direct them to appropriate areas

· Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services in The SKILT centre

· Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages

· Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions

· Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time

· Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits.

· Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection

· Provide cross-coverage of other Service Relations Officer who may be on leave.

· Support operation functions as and when needed

· Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness of The SKILT Centre

• Manage Day to day operations Infrastructure on Microsoft Platform - AD, GPO, WSUS, Netbackup and Vmware etc
• Manage monitoring infra using SolarWinds for all VMs and OS services.
• Work with cross-functional (Apps, Network and Cyber Security) teams for service request or incidents.

• Strong Working knowledge on VMWare Cluster, Storage LUNs creation.
• Working Knowledge monitoring tools like SolarWinds, for day-day monitoring and incident resolution.
• Knowledge on CyberArk PIM process.
• Preferably possess patch management experience for Linux/Unix systems and patch automation experience.
• Preferably VMWare Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator or equivalent.

· Familiar with lenses, specification, design trade offs, basic optics modeling
