• Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.
• Produce tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts.
• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures.
• Work with Qualified Person (QP) to develop design scheme for civil and structural works.
• Lead a team in project planning, implementation and close monitoring the progress of projects.
• Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage and site inspection with qualified site supervisors (RE/RTO).
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess minimum a Bachelor Engineering (Civil) degree recognised by PE Board.
• Engineers with minimum 5 years' relevant local experience in engineering design and project management.
• Conversant with latest design codes and authority requirements (Codes of practice directives, etc.).
• Be a team player with good attitude towards quality of work and timeline.
• Able to work independently to support the Qualified Person.

In this role, you will collaborate with clinical leads and planning teams to support the informatics requirements for ongoing operations and development of new services and capabilities, as well as promote patient safety and enhance productivity. Your responsibilities will include working with internal and external stakeholders to align informatics needs with the development of hospital services and operational plans, coordinating workflow simulations to test new models both virtually and on physical prototypes, facilitating procurement and resourcing for assigned projects, and supporting the hospital’s operational readiness, activation, and transition (ORAT) plans.

Additionally, you will facilitate coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and provide regular reports to the Hospital Planning Committee.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in local hospital setting is an advantage
• Strong knowledge and skills in project management, programming languages (C++, Python, Java, JavaScript), and technology adoption methodologies are highly advantageous

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them to well-defined, maintainable and extendable data models; and building dashboards with an Enterprise Visualisation tool
• Maintain and update software inventory list and IT reports.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of IT solutions to ensure they meet business needs and expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users on IT systems and processes.
• Collaborate with project team and manage timelines to ensure deliverables are met with budget constraints
• Perform User Access review and security log review
• Compliant to IT Security and Data Protection policies to protect data according to its classification

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or similar role
• Good knowledge of SDLC principles, SalesForce, Dynamics 365, MS SQL, Power BI, M365 Administration, Power Automate is preferred is preferred
• Experience in working with data warehouses, data analytics and data visualization tools
• Understand in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and execution
