Specific Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage large amounts of emails inquiries & incoming calls
• To co-ordinate and monitor daily air, ocean & cross-border trucking shipments with local customers and overseas agents.
• Update cost and selling rates into system shared folder.
• Assisting Sales Representatives in the areas of Sales Support and Customer Service.
• Handle telephone calls or acknowledge customers’ e-mails for sales representatives who are away from the office.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping with proven track record.
• Able to communicate and quote to customers promptly.
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• Computer literate.
• A Team Player and being passionate about meeting customers' satisfaction
Working Arrangements:
Work Location: 2 Bukit Merah Central, #08-01, Singapore 159835
Work Days: Mondays to Fridays
Work Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
